The Holy Spirit School Newsletter is sent out via the Skoolbag App and is published on the Website each Thursday.
If you would like to receive an email when the newsletter has been published, please ensure that you have provided a current email address to the school. We will endeavour to upload all notes to the website so that parents are able to print them off if they are misplaced.
The Online Calendar is regularly updated to inform parents of upcoming events. Link to Calendar
The Skoolbag app
Skoolbag is the ultimate school to parent communication tool. This School Mobile App provides schools with an easy way to tell parents and carers everything they need to know about school news, newsletters, events calendar, cancellations, school notices, school information, school timetables, Student Absentee Notes, school documents and much more. No more lost paper in school bags!

If your child requires medication during school hours, please complete the Request to Administer Medication Form.
All medication is required to be stored in the Front Office. The exception to this is Asthma Puffers – if your child is able to self-medicate. Please inform your child’s teacher if they have an Asthma Puffer in their bag.
Working with Vulnerable People Registration
In line with mandatory ACT legislation, all volunteers who work with students are required to have a Working with Vulnerable People card. Parents, grandparents and friends are able to register for their card (free) through the Office of Regulatory Services at the Fyshwick Shopfront or through Canberra Connect Shopfronts. Click here to access the online application.
